Remark : The association constants of NDP binding to HSA decrease with increase of rutin concentration. When the [rutin]:[HSA] ratio is 2, it decreases by 38.65% compared with that without rutin. The binding distance between the amino acid residue of HSA and NDP is 2.608 nm and in the presence of rutin, it increases to 2.700 nm. The results indicated that the flavonoid binding in site I hinders the access of NDP to the interior of hydrophobic pocket of HSA, which induces the increase of binding distance between the amino acid residue of HSA and NDP.
