Remark : The plasma concentration of irbesartan and half time in the group combination of irbesartan and extract of O. stamineus was higher and longer than the group irbesartan alone.

Note : Type of experiment: The rats were given 500 mg/kg body weight of ethanol extract of O. stamineus orally for six days and on the 7th day were given 40 mg/kg body weight of iresartan orally concomitant with extract.
