Remark : HepG2 cell treated with deoxyelephantopin showed no significant changes in the band intensity relative to untreated cells for both CYP2D6, indicating no significant changes in protein expression. The effect of deoxyelephantopin on the CYP2D6 protein expression was consistent with the effect observed on CYP2D6 mRNA expression.
