Remark : On supplementation of GTP by both simultaneous and post treatment mode (200 mg/kg) there was a significant increase in the activity of glutathione-S-transferase and UDP-glucuronyl transferase (Phase II enzymes) and a significant decrease in the activity of cytochrome b5, cytochrome P 450, cytochrome b5 reductase (cyt b5 R), cytochrome P 450 reductase (cyt P 450 R), aryl hydrocarbon hydroxylase (AHH), and DT-diaphorase (DTD) (Phase I enzymes).
