Remark : Type of experiment: human cervical carcinoma HeLa cells and human non-small lung carcinoma A549 cells Results: The interaction between cisplatin and GTS showed different results, i.e. synergism, additive or antagonism, if we change the relative potency of their cytotoxicity. The interaction might be antagonism when the cytotoxicity of one kind of medicine was stronger than that of the other and it might be synergism when the cytotoxicity of the two medicines was similar.
