Remark : There was no significant difference in the elimination half-life of clozapine between the green tea ext. and saline groups. However, the time to reach peak concn. (Tmax) was significantly increased by green tea ext. The mean total area under the plasma concn.-time curve (AUC0-infinity) and maximal peak plasma concn. (Cmax) of clozapine in the green tea ext. group were significantly lower than those of controls.
