Remark : Results: The concentration of antibiotics in the combination is 5-1000 fold lower than when used alone indicating that the combination is synergistic in nature.

Note : The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of antibiotics and eugenol is determined with 10^5 CFU/ml of colonies by adjusting the optical density at 600 nm and growing them on appropriate agar plates.
